Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Delivery delays may occur during high-volume times (holidays, weather events, carrier delays).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 
  • You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped. 
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kalemd.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist.
