Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
- Delivery delays may occur during high-volume times (holidays, weather events, carrier delays).
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kalemd.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist.
